Before export, both green and roasted beans undergo rigorous sorting to eliminate defects. We strictly adhere to Grade 1 standards, ensuring a defect value 11 or below for export collection

For roasted orders, we utilize world-class Probat machines, guaranteeing consistent heat transfer that unlocks the full flavor potential of each bean.
